Job summary

BH Management is seeking a skilled Analytics Project Manager to own the intake and prioritization process for analytics initiatives, manage the department’s project portfolio and delivery pipeline, and ensure alignment with business priorities. You will lead kickoff meetings, manage dependencies, and coordinate handoffs across data engineering, analytics, and data science teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in PM/analytics roles.
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels; excellent communication.
• Experience facilitating workshops/meetings with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and operational best practices.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and BI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics project intake and prioritization process.
• Maintain department project portfolio and delivery pipeline.
• Document, scope, and align requests with business priorities.
