Job summary

HDR is seeking an Analytics & Automation Lead to leverage data, reporting, and automation to improve operational effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making. This role sits in the Global Technology Group and partners with stakeholders to deliver analytics and automation solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, and related technologies.

Responsibilities include designing and supporting enterprise reporting, developing scalable data models, and guiding adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of application management experience with multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise reporting and automation solutions.
• Experience working with business users to set priorities and manage expectations.
• Experience with web-based or portal development is desired.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, development, and support of enterprise Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Build scalable analytics solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Document architecture, data sources, and transformation logic for governance.
