Job summary

Corient is seeking an analytics leader to head the Analytics and Reporting team, delivering dashboards, reports, and data products underpinning management and regulatory reporting. You will translate stakeholder needs into data specs, ensure data quality, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role requires onsite work four days per week and U.S.

  • Distinguished academic track record in quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Analytics and Reporting team and oversee dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Establish standards for analytics development and documentation across the team.
  • Own delivery of data products for management, financial, and regulatory reporting, including automated dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure data outputs are accurate, auditable, trusted, and compliant with ICFR/audit expectations.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear data specifications and provide cross-functional analytics support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analytics and Reporting team leadership.
  • Manage data analysts delivering dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Establish consistent standards for analytics development and documentation.
  • Enterprise Reporting.
  • Own delivery of data products underpinning management reporting, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting, including automated dashboards, reports, and other analytical outputs.
  • Robust data outputs, processes, and controls.
  • Ensure data outputs are accurate, auditable, and trusted by internal and external stakeholders, and that underlying data processes, logic, controls, and documentation meet ICFR and audit expectations.
  • Cross-functional data analytics and reporting support.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear data specifications to meet business requirements.
  • Act as a senior subject matter expert for enterprise analytics and reporting.
Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in analytics or reporting roles.
  • 2-3+ years of experience managing teams and complex reporting environments.
  • Hands-on experience in enterprise reporting at a Financial Services firm or other environments subject to strong regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Distinguished academic track record in quantitative discipline.
Skills and competencies
  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau; proficiency in DBT a strong plus.
  • Strong command of best practices for data modeling, data transformations, and data quality frameworks to support scalable, enterprise grade data products.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong documentation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
