If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.## Key Responsibilities* **Analytics and Reporting team leadership.** Manage data analysts delivering dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analysis. Establish consistent standards for analytics development and documentation.* **Enterprise Reporting.** Own delivery of data products underpinning management reporting, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting, including automated dashboards, reports, and other analytical outputs.* **Robust data outputs, processes, and controls**. Ensure data outputs are accurate, auditable, and trusted by internal and external stakeholders, and that underlying data processes, logic, controls, and documentation meet ICFR and audit expectations.* **Cross-functional data analytics and reporting support**. Translate stakeholder needs into clear data specifications to meet business requirements.
