Builders Mutual is seeking a Analytics Analyst to support data analysis and reporting activities within our organization. This position works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, extract and manipulate data from various sources, and perform basic statistical analyses. The work includes creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate insights to business users. The successful Analytics Analyst has a strong understanding of SQL, Excel, and preferably experience with data visualization tools. Because the success of our company is rooted in teamwork, the way we care about the people we work with and serve, this hybrid role will work in our Raleigh office a minimum of two days with the flexibility to work from home the remaining three days.
