Qualifications

• Excel / Data Analytics Tools: strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Process Improvement: map current processes, identify bottlenecks, and support implementation of improvements.
• Data Quality & Governance: ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency; ensure data security and compliance.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with process owners and cross-functional teams; translate findings into insights.

Pay Range: $55–$60 per hour on W2

Job Description

Reporting / Business Analysis experience 10+ years of experience in reporting, business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement.

Analyze business processes and identify trends, patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

Data Analysis Collect, analyze, interpret, and validate business/process data. Use statistical and analytical techniques to derive meaningful insights. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting & Dashboards Develop and maintain reporting dashboards. Create and monitor KPIs and business metrics. Prepare clear, visually appealing reports and data visualizations for stakeholders.

Excel / Data Analytics Tools Strong proficiency in Excel. Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data analytics/reporting tools. Utilize analytical tools to perform reporting and data analysis.

Process Improvement Map and document current business processes. Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Recommend and support implementation of process improvements. Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.

Data Quality & Governance Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Perform data validation and quality checks. Understand data governance and data quality principles. Ensure appropriate data security and compliance.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with process owners, SMEs, and cross-functional teams. Gather requirements for reporting and analysis. Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business insights. Communicate findings through reports, presentations, and visualizations.

Problem Solving & Analytical Skills Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities. Identify trends and root causes. Develop data-driven recommendations and solutions.

Project / Task Management Manage multiple reporting and analysis activities. Prioritize tasks according to business requirements. Work independently as well as collaboratively.

Continuous Improvement Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and analytical methodologies. Stay current with emerging data analytics technologies and best practices.

Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications such as Six Sigma are preferred/advantageous.
