Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota seeks a data analytics professional to shape the future of Finance analytics by pairing trusted data with modern analytical and AI capabilities. The role blends production support with hands-on analytics delivery.

You will lead analytics projects through all stages, design visual solutions, mentor staff, and collaborate with internal Data and Analytics teams to accelerate solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field or 5–8 years of analytics delivery.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Certifications in HFMA or related fields are preferred.
• Experience with dashboards and analytics tools (Epic, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio or similar).
• Experience with SQL and data modeling is expected.

Responsibilities

• Design visual analytics solutions and storytelling for end users.
• Lead analytics projects through all project stages.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to accelerate solutions.
• Document solutions for handoffs to support areas.
• Establish best practices in data analytics and visualization.
• Mentor staff on analytics development.
• Acquire and transform data to optimize analytics.
• Build and maintain analytical models.
• Automate reusable self-service analytics tools and reports.
