Job summary

GTT is seeking a Sr. Associate - Analytical Testing for an onsite, 36‑month contract in Thousand Oaks, CA. The pay rate is $23.00–$27.00 per hour (USD). Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

Sponsorship is not available at this time. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of industry experience with hands‑on lab work in chemistry/biology. Responsibilities include testing, data review, documentation, and collaboration in a cross‑functional lab

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• Hands-on laboratory experience required.
• Experience with HPLC/UHPLC, IEX, SEC or CE preferred.
• Ability to document data and follow procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and data review for HPLC/UHPLC, IEX, SEC, CE, glycan mapping, peptide mapping, and mass spectrometry
• Execute method development and qualification studies with guidance from senior staff
• Demonstrate independence and ability to produce quality results
• Generate complete, accurate documentation using electronic systems and notebooks
• Be a high-energy individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Operate specialized laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Maintain safety guidelines and complete training as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed laboratory setting
