Job Description

• Perform qualifications and validations using advanced instrumentation such as cSDS, cIEF, HPLC, UV-Vis, and slope spectroscopy.
• Prepare samples for testing through dilution and other techniques.
• Independently perform assigned assays within deadlines.
• Draft qualification and verification reports with senior scientist support.
• Record lab work in real-time using electronic lab notebooks.
• Contribute scientific data for BLA filing.
• Develop and optimize methods for qualification and validation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant laboratory experience.
• Strong background in method development, optimization, qualification, and validation.
• Familiarity with analytical techniques including cSDS, cIEF, HPLC, UV-Vis, and slope spectroscopy.
• Proficiency in pipetting and analytical data interpretation.
• Experience in technical writing, including SOPs and validation reports.
• Experience with Empower 3 and electronic lab notebooks.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP/GDP regulations.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates residing within a commutable distance of Malvern, PA are encouraged to apply.
