Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. in Thousand Oaks, CA, seeks a Scientist, Attribute Sciences, Process Development to develop, qualify, and transfer analytical methods for small molecule drug substances and products, supporting early clinical through commercial stages.

You will collaborate across DS/DP teams to ensure methods are scientifically sound, compliant with regulatory requirements, and robust across the product lifecycle, with hands-on technique expertise and strong data analysis.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with industry experience in analytical method development, qualification and transfer.
• Experience with impurity characterization, stability studies, and DS/DP development support.
• Hands-on expertise with HPLC/UHPLC, LC–MS, GC and related analytical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and qualify analytical methods for characterization, release, stability, and process support.
• Develop stability‑indicating methods for assay, impurities, dissolution, and water content.
• Support process development, technology transfer, and control strategy development.
