Radiant Systems Inc. is seeking an Analytical Scientist Manufacturing Sciences to join the Manufacturing Sciences – Analytical group.

You will provide analytical support for upstream and downstream activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams on assay transfers, troubleshooting, and assay establishment. The role focuses on delivering accurate data, supporting method transfers, and contributing to assay development in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 1+ years.
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques used in biologics characterization (ELISA, qPCR, potency assays).
• Experience with HPLC/UPLC and capillary electrophoresis methods (titer, SEC, RP, CE-SDS, iCIEF) preferred.
• Experience with method transfer, qualification, or validation is a plus.
• Experience with monoclonal antibodies or protein therapeutics in mammalian-cell bioprocessing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for upstream and downstream manufacturing sciences labs.
• Perform analytical assays on in-process samples in a non-GMP environment.
• Maintain electronic lab notebooks and timely data reporting.
