Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Scientist for a full-time, long-term assignment onsite in Rahway, NJ, supporting drug product stability testing and analytical method development. You will perform routine and stability analyses, document results, and contribute to continuous improvement within a compliance-focused lab environment.

The role requires a BS/MS in chemistry-related field, GMP experience, and strong teamwork and communication to thrive in a client-facing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP analysis using HPLC/UPLC including assay and impurity analysis.
• Troubleshooting and data interpretation/processing.
• Routine testing, data integrity assessments, investigative report authoring, and sample management.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
• Clear communicator who speaks up about problems and improvement ideas.
• Able to manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and stability sample analysis.
• SOP authoring and day-to-day problem solving in a stability testing lab.
• Contribute to new technologies and continuous improvement for lab operations.
• Apply analytical characterization technologies and compliance principles to drive robust methods.
