Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Scientist 2 or 3 - Analytical Chemist (Drug Product) to join our FSP team onsite at a client site in Rahway, NJ. The role focuses on routine and stability testing in the drug product registration lab, applying GMP guidelines and analytical methods to generate robust data.

The ideal candidate has a BS/MS in chemistry or related field with experience in HPLC/UPLC, assay and impurity analysis, and strong data interpretation.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with GMP analysis using HPLC/UPLC and data processing.
• Routine testing, data integrity assessments, investigative report authoring, and/or sample management.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
• Clear communicator who speaks up about problems and improvement ideas.
• Able to manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivation, efficiency, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and stability sample analysis.
• SOP authoring and day-to-day problem solving.
• Contribute to new technologies and continuous improvement for lab operations.
• Apply analytical characterization technologies to drive method robustness and high-quality stability data.
