Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services is seeking a Scientist I to advance ADME-Tox analytical capabilities. You will develop LC-MS methods for bioanalysis and project teams, mentor junior scientists, and manage daily lab operations in a CRO/industry lab environment.

The role focuses on method development, validation under FDA/ICH/OECD guidelines, and instrument troubleshooting, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and service expansion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of LC-MS experience in CRO or industry lab.
• Experience with method development for small/large molecules.
• FDA/ICH/OECD bioanalytical method validation experience.
• Ability to work in a regulated quality system.

Responsibilities

• Develop LC-MS methods for ADME-DMPK and bioanalysis.
• Lead and mentor junior scientists and manage lab activities.
• Validate new methods and support service expansion.
• Troubleshoot MS and HPLC systems and maintain instrumentation.
