Job summary

PAI Pharma seeks an Analytical R&D Scientist II to support analytical method development, validation, and stability testing for pharmaceutical products. The role emphasizes chromatographic expertise and hands-on experience in a GMP laboratory.

Candidates will perform analytical testing of drug products, APIs, and excipients, and will develop, validate, and verify analytical methods while preparing technical protocols and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with related experience in pharmaceutical analysis.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment and knowledge of FDA filing requirements.
• Strong chromatographic expertise with hands-on instrument troubleshooting and method validation.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of drug products, APIs, and excipients including stability, assay, impurity, and residual solvent testing.
• Develop, validate, and verify analytical methods and prepare technical protocols and reports.
• Troubleshoot analytical instruments and investigate OOS/OOT results.
• Maintain GMP-compliant laboratory practices and support FDA filing requirements.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in HPLC/UPLC and GC/GC-HS, including method and instrument troubleshooting.

Experience With Empower, OpenLab, Or Syngistix Is Preferred.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
