Job Description

This role involves providing scientific staffing services at a client’s facility, where lab work is performed using client equipment and supplies. Supervision is provided by the supplier organization, while technical review and final data analysis are conducted by client personnel.

Responsibilities include supporting method development and qualification under a client scientist’s oversight, executing routine analyses such as chromatography (LC and GC), USP dissolution (apparatus I and II), particle size distribution, and other compendial methods. Additional duties involve maintaining laboratory organization and documentation.

• Perform analysis of routine samples using assigned test methods
• Assist in the development and qualification of new methods
• Help identify and resolve equipment and test method issues
• Develop expertise to support other analysis types as a backup
• Provide feedback on assay performance to client scientists

Qualifications

• B.S. in a science-related field with 3-4 years of industry experience, or M.S. in a science-related field with 1 year of experience
• Experience operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing LC, HPLC/UPLC, GC, and dissolution testing equipment
• Dissolution testing experience is required
• Interest or experience in MS, NMR, and IR spectroscopy is a plus
