Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an Analytical Scientist for a 12-month, 100% onsite assignment in North Chicago, IL (60064). The role focuses on generating and analyzing data from HPLC, KF, and wet chemistry methods in a GMP environment, with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include following established protocols, identifying variances, learning new techniques, and maintaining lab equipment while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of HPLC, KF and wet chemistry to carry out job functions.
• Understanding of cGMP and current regulatory requirements.
• Written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with interdisciplinary scientists and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze precise, reliable, and reproducible data in a timely manner under supervision.
• Completely follow established experimental protocols and assess results with supervision.
• Recognize and report experimental variances.
• Learn and implement new experimental protocols and/or techniques; maintain laboratory equipment and optimize operations.
• Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding code of conduct, safety, and GxP compliance.

• Generate and analyze precise, reliable, and reproducible data in a timely manner, under the direction of a more senior scientific leader. Demonstrate experimental precision and should possess general understanding of analytical chemistry
• Completely follow established experimental protocols and assess results with supervision
• Recognize and report experimental variances
• Learn and effectively implement new experimental protocols and/or techniques. Maintain laboratory equipment and optimize laboratory operations for efficient use of time and laboratory supplies and reagents, when appropriate
• Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding code of conduct, safety, appropriate handling of compounds and GxP compliance
