Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an Analytical Scientist to join the Manufacturing Sciences - Analytical group. The Analytical Scientist will provide analytical support to manufacturing sciences upstream and downstream.

The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams for assay transfers, troubleshooting, and establishing assays. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Biochemistry or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience and has hands-on experience with ELISA, qPCR, potency assays,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with ELISA, qPCR, or potency assays.
• Experience with HPLC/UPLC and capillary electrophoresis methods, such as titer, SEC, RP, Client-SDS, or iCIEF, is preferred.
• Experience with method transfer, qualification, or validation is a plus.
• Experience with monoclonal antibodies or other protein therapeutics in a mammalian-cell bioprocessing environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience or Master s degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with multiple analytical techniques used in biologics characterization, including ELISA, qPCR, or potency assays.
• Experience with HPLC/UPLC and capillary electrophoresis methods, such as titer, SEC, RP, Client-SDS, or iCIEF, is preferred.
• Experience with method transfer, qualification, or validation is a plus.
• Experience with monoclonal antibodies or other protein therapeutics in a mammalian-cell bioprocessing environment is preferred.
