The role focuses on HPLC/UHPLC testing, method development, and hands-on support of lab operations with an emphasis on accuracy and documentation. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HPLC and UHPLC including data acquisition and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiar with SEC, SAX, and SCX chromatography for oligonucleotide characterization.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Able to manage laboratory operations including inventory, shipping, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to San Diego HQ ~ twice yearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing on HPLC/UHPLC platforms with UV/Vis and fluorescence detection.
• Support method development, data review, and communication of results to scientific teams.
• Maintain experimental records and documentation.
• Manage laboratory inventory and supplies; coordinate maintenance and vendor services.
• Support shipping/receiving of materials and coordinate with facilities and IT as needed.
