Job description

Can You Turn Data Into Decisions?

Do titrations and wet chemistry feel second nature? Are you energized by early starts and hands-on work that keeps production moving safely and on spec? If yes, you could be our next Analytical Quality Technician.

Your Mission

Own the integrity of our materials and products end-to-end—from the moment raw materials arrive to the final release of finished goods. Your analyses and documentation will help drive fast, fact-based decisions on the production floor.

What Success Looks Like
  • You consistently perform analytical methods (titrations and other wet chemistry) precisely per company procedures and project plans.
  • You verify physical and chemical properties for raw materials, in-process, and final product against drawings/specifications and flag issues immediately.
  • Your documentation in lab notebooks, spreadsheets, and quality systems is clear, complete, and audit-ready; you communicate out-of-spec conditions to production and quality leadership without delay.
  • You manage the Quality Retain / First Sample Retention Program-ensuring accurate labeling, storage, and disposition of retains and test samples.
  • You keep the lab clean and well-stocked, ordering and tracking reagents and supplies.
  • You perform routine instrument checks and basic calibrations on balances, pH meters, and titration equipment—and you log every calibration event.
  • You contribute to internal investigations and basic root-cause analysis for non-conforming product and help execute corrective actions.
  • You regularly audit in-process inspections on the line to confirm adherence to QC methods/specs; you help address defects and elevate quality events to supervision and Quality Management as needed.
  • You model safe behaviors and support housekeeping initiatives across the lab and plant.
Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm, plus additional overtime as business needs arise.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of quality, lab, or QA experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, product specifications, drawings, and SOPs.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry, trending, and basic reporting.
