Job summary

KIK Consumer Products seeks a Financial Analyst to support the Household Division Controller by analyzing cost and inventory for savings opportunities and handling divisional accounting activities.

You will participate in cost analyses, maintain general ledger, prepare management reports, assist in audits, and support budgeting and forecasting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics with 2+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance experience.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems to analyze financial data and generate reports.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners to support financial and operational decision-making.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills enabling clear communication of financial information.

Your Role at KIK

The Financial Analyst reports to the Household Division Controller. In this role, you will analyze cost and inventory for saving opportunities across the Division and perform various accounting activities at the divisional level.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics with 2+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance experience, preferably in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close activities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards) to analyze financial data and generate reports
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners, including Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Plant Leadership, to support financial and operational decision‑making
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate financial information effectively to a variety of stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
