Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples at the Summit, NJ facility. The role supports method transfer, validation, data verification, and GMP documentation within a fast-paced team.

Ideal candidates hold a science degree with 2+ years in analytical QC, experience with cell biology techniques, and the ability to train others while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of analytical testing or QC experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with cell and molecular biology techniques (cell-based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA, aseptic technique).
• Knowledge of Global Regulatory and cGMP requirements; ability to follow SOPs.
• Ability to write technical documents and train analysts.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• May perform method transfer/validation/verification.
• Data verification and review of GMP documentation.
• Document revisions, CAPA, deviations, and investigations; support continuous improvement.
• Train analysts on general job duties and priorities.
