Job summary

Abzena is seeking a Technical Project Lead for Analytical Services to coordinate cross-functional analytical activities from discovery to delivery. You will oversee method development, qualification, validation, transfer, and stability testing while aligning with client expectations and project timelines.

The ideal candidate brings strong scientific knowledge and client-facing leadership, with experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring GMP and regulatory compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience leading complex analytical programs or coordinating activities across multiple functions.
• Experience in client-facing or cross-functional project environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead analytical activities from initiation to completion.
• Manage cross-functional analytical project teams and timelines.
• Serve as primary interface between Analytical Services, PM, clients, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain analytical strategy and execution plans.
• Ensure GMP-compliant deliverables and regulatory-aligned documentation.
• Document decisions, actions, and due dates and track progress.
