Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline is required.
• 3–6 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, analytical development, technical operations, or CMC Development.
• Experience supporting stability studies and analytical testing programs in a regulated environment.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) such as LabVantage or Benchling.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain analytical testing schedules across programs.
• Support stability protocols and studies for mRNA/LNP candidates for shelf-life and development milestones.
• Compile, review, trend, and summarize analytical data; prepare data packages and communicate results.
