Job summary

Collaborate with project leads, manage samples and inventory, and contribute to R&D blends in a fast-paced lab environment. A chemistry-related degree and hands-on lab experience are required, with keen attention to safety and data quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Chemistry/Chemical Technology.
• Experience with wet chemistry techniques (flashpoint, titration, copper corrosion, ICP).
• Ability to work with project leads and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new analytical methods such as flashpoint and titration
• Perform quantitative metals analysis of coolants and lubricant oils using ICP-OES
• Pull the materials and make R&D blends
• Run other non ASTM/in-house methods in lubricant labs as needed
• Maintain inventory using Sample Manager, Cispro and other in-house tracking systems
• Work with project leads daily and maintain effective communication.
