Job summary

BSNC in Lexington, KY seeks an Analytical Scientist Supervisor to lead daily calibration, equipment maintenance and data reporting for mission-critical programs. The role requires a college degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent, 8+ years of experience, and the ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Qualifications

• College degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of previous relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
• Willingness to operate on no notice recall for 24 hours, 7 days a week.
• Hazmat certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance, inspection and calibration on equipment and instrumentation.
• Coordinate operations and generate reports.
• Oversee management of materials for training events.
• Coordinate and approve travel for exercises and certifications.
• Supervise staff and review trouble tickets, call logs, and COTS repair reports.
• Review weekly status reports and coordinate with Site Director.
