Job summary

BSK Associates is seeking a Project Coordinator I for our Sacramento Analytical Laboratory. This full-time, in-person role supports clients across Fresno, Sacramento, Bakersfield, San Bernardino, or Vancouver, CA, within an employee-owned company culture.

The position involves coordinating client projects, managing orders, communicating with the lab, preparing reports and invoices, and ensuring timely turnaround. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, ESOP and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science field.
• 2+ years of environmental laboratory experience preferred.
• Analytical instrumentation experience and customer service background are a plus.
• 7+ years in environmental laboratory work may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Act as a junior liaison between clients and the laboratory, supporting project management.
• Take client orders, track status, and communicate needs to the lab.
• Prepare reports, invoices and data deliverables with accuracy.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and subcontractors for sampling and delivery.
• Ensure timely project turnaround and communicate issues proactively.
• Provide CS support and assist Project Managers as directed.
