Job summary

ADMA Biologics in Boca Raton, FL, seeks an Associate I, Lab Support to perform cGMP laboratory support activities including sample accessioning, temperature monitoring, glassware cleaning, and inventory management. The role may assist with stability studies and other QC initiatives, with work performed under GMP conditions and strong customer support to QC analysts.

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or related field required; 1–3 years in a regulated lab preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or related scientific field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a regulated laboratory setting preferred; familiarity with GLP/GMP is a plus.
• Knowledge of cGMP practices and documentation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support QC labs with glassware cleaning, sample accessioning, and shipment of samples.
• Monitor temperature-controlled storage and manage sample reserve programs.
• Assist with stability, appearance, and other QC initiatives under GMP conditions.
• Provide information to internal and external customers and maintain current records.
