Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Melrose Park, IL is seeking a Scientist, Analytical Development to lead method development and validation for pharmaceutical analyses, including HPLC/GC and wet chemistry. You will design experiments, ensure GMP compliance, maintain documentation, and support stability studies.

The role requires a BS in Chemistry or related field with 3+ years of experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential; English proficiency is required in our regulated

Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemistry or related field with 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience in chromatography and handling standard lab instruments is required.
• Knowledge of FDA/GMP regulations and pharmaceutical analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English in a regulated work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical development studies and method development/validation.
• Transfer methods to QA/Quality Control or other labs as needed.
• Review validation protocols and data packages and ensure GMP compliance.
• Manage stability programs and COA generation; provide updates to Regulatory Affairs.
• Ensure instruments and technologies are available for projects.
• Record procedures, results, and observations accurately.
