Qualifications

• Experience with cell therapy development, validation, and QC testing.
• Proven skill in flow cytometry, cell viability, and related assays.
• Proficiency in PCR/qPCR/ddPCR for analytical workflows.
• Hands-on mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique.
• Development, optimization, qualification, and validation of analytical methods.
• Experience with tech transfer into QC laboratories.
• Troubleshooting assays, data analysis, and technical documentation.
• Experience in GMP-regulated analytical or QC environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize analytical methods for cell therapy programs.
• Validate and qualify assays for QC testing and release.
• Support tech transfer into GMP QC labs and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with Analytical Development, Quality, and Manufacturing groups.
• Contribute to CAR-T, iPSC, gene therapy projects as needed.

Cellicor is seeking to hire an experienced Analytical Development Scientist to join an innovative biotechnology organization developing next-generation cell therapies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on scientist with experience developing and optimizing analytical methods to support cell therapy development, method validation, tech transfer, and GMP QC testing.

We're interested in professionals with experience in:

• Cell-based functional and potency assays
• Flow cytometry, FACS, and cell viability
• PCR-based methods including PCR, qPCR, and/or ddPCR
• Mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques
• Analytical method development, optimization, qualification, and validation
• Method transfer / tech transfer into QC laboratories
• Assay troubleshooting, investigations, data analysis, and technical documentation
• Working within GMP-regulated analytical or QC environments

Experience supporting CAR-T, iPSC, cell therapy, gene therapy, or other advanced therapeutic programs is highly desirable.
