Job Overview

Role Description

The successful candidate will join the Analytical Development group within TechOps, supporting analytical workflows, method development, and validation. This onsite role requires a passionate individual eager to contribute to innovative enzyme engineering projects that aim to improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute experimental plans for analytical method development.
• Perform data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Conduct analytical testing on products and samples.
• Participate in method validation and analytical studies.
• Present findings to team and cross-functional groups.
• Maintain laboratory instruments and manage supplies.

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field with minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or MSc with 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency with HPLC, UV-Vis, ELISA, CE-SDS.
• Experience with good documentation practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ICH guidelines, impurities, stability.
• Understanding of biochemistry and enzyme science.
• Experience with systematic study design.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $89,000 - $121,000, dependent on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, stock options, paid time off, wellness programs, onsite amenities, and more.
