Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in analytical development or product characterization.
• Hands-on expertise in flow cytometry method development.
• Experience with functional assays and MoA-reflective assays.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical characterization strategy for intermediates and drug products.
• Design non-GMP flow cytometry methods for purity evaluation.
• Develop, optimize, and evaluate characterization methods.
