Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking an Analytical Day 1 Chemist to support clinical testing of pharmaceutical products and help maintain high-quality laboratory operations. The role includes gathering and reviewing analytical data, ensuring compliance with standards, calibrating instruments, maintaining supplies, and collaborating with external customers and internal teams.

A BS in Chemistry (with 2 years of experience) or a MSc in Chemistry is required, with experience in HPLC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience, OR; Master’s degree in Chemistry with relevant laboratory experience
• Experience with HPLC, LC-MS, and/or UV-Vis spectroscopy
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Supporting clinical testing of pharmaceutical products
• Gathering, documenting, and reviewing analytical data and test results
• Ensuring test results comply with established standards and reporting quality anomalies
• Complying with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
• Completing test records and reviewing supporting documentation
• Calibrating instruments or verifying calibration prior to use
• Maintaining laboratory supplies and general lab organization
• Participating in required training activities
• Interacting with outside customers and internal functional teams
• Assisting with method qualification and validation as needed

Job Description

The Analytical Day 1 Chemist supports clinical testing of pharmaceutical products and contributes to maintaining high-quality laboratory operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting clinical testing of pharmaceutical products
