Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a regulated pharmaceutical analytical laboratory.
• Experience with LIMS (Empower, EagleTrax) and electronic data review.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, cGLP, ISO 17025, USP, and data integrity.
• Experience with laboratory documentation and OOS/OOT investigations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with method development, validation, and transfer; regulatory submissions familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Review analytical data, chromatographic reports, calculations, and worksheets for accuracy and compliance.
• Electronically sign off on data as author and reviewer per procedures.
• Review OOS/OOT investigations to ensure regulatory and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of laboratory activities, SOPs, and forms.
• Write, revise, and review SOPs and related forms promptly.
• Support laboratory audits and quality/safety audits.
• Investigate deviations and assist CAPA planning and risk assessments.
• Communicate with staff to address documentation quality and resolve deficiencies.
• Perform routine chemical analyses using HPLC, UPLC, GC, and spectrophotometry.
• Process data in LIMS and ensure traceability; meet deadlines.
• Provide consultative support on testing methods and results.
