Responsibilities

• Use diverse analytical methods to investigate test substances in a test system.
• Perform bench tasks including balances, volumes, buffers, pH, sample processing, and basic microbiology.
• Calculate stock/standard solutions and perform regression analyses; apply internal standards for quantitation.
• Extract and cleanup water, soil, crops and tissues using SPE and QuEChERS techniques.
• Operate LC-UV, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS and GC-MS/MS instruments and review data.
• Document work in notebooks and logs; maintain study data binders.
• Assist in data summaries and draft reports in accordance with SOP/GLP.
