Job summary

You will work with advanced instruments (GC/GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS/MS, NMR) and collaborate across functions to accelerate product and process improvements while guiding a small task-force on challenging projects.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS/BS with extensive industry experience in analytical chemistry for beverages.
• Advanced knowledge of analytical chemistry and beverage characterization.
• Proficiency with GC, GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS/MS, CE, and GPC.
• Experience with electrophoresis, ELISA, fluorescence, and spectroscopy.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute routine and non-routine analytical testing for beverage products.
• Develop and validate analytical methods; prepare samples from various matrices.
• Perform qualitative, quantitative, and unknown analyses of molecular species.
• Apply expertise in separation/characterization techniques (GC, GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS/MS, CE, GPC, spectroscopy, rheology).
• Analyze complex statistical data (DOE, product/process performance).
• Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners; produce technical reports and presentations.
• Apply project management skills to deliver R&D initiatives efficiently.
