Role Description

We seek advanced Chemistry experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex problems by:

1. Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Chemistry.
2. Developing and answering Chemistry-related questions to refine AI understanding.
3. Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Required Expertise and Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or a related field (can be currently enrolled).
• Research experience, including peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions.
• Ability to read and write English with minimal errors.
• Bonus: AI model training experience (not required but helpful).

Payment

• Pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on geographic location and expertise.
• Opportunities for higher-paying research projects based on performance.
• Rates depend on expertise, skills, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Incentive payments may be available.
