We are seeking experienced Chemistry experts to help teach AI to interpret and solve complex problems by:

1. Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Chemistry.
2. Developing and answering Chemistry-related questions to refine AI understanding.
3. Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or a related field (current enrollment acceptable).
• Research experience with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English with minimal errors.
• AI model training experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

• Pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on location and expertise.
• Potential for higher-paying research projects based on performance.
