Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and hands-on experience with analytical experiments using standard test methods.
• Ability to communicate data and test results to technical and non-technical audiences in reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Apply chemical and instrumental analysis to support R&D, operations, and manufacturing.
• Assist plants in troubleshooting operation problems.
• Characterize and quantify compounds in complex mixtures.
• Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation.
• Develop new testing capabilities with product development teams.
• Write research summaries, reports, and reviews.
• Follow safety guidelines in the laboratory.
