Qualifications

• Expertise in analytical chemistry problem solving in production or QC environments.
• Creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
• Passion for measurement science and understanding complex chemistries.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to distill data and present messages.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Zero Incident Mindset Safety programs.
• Collaborate with Technology, Manufacturing, and Quality to meet customer needs.
• Provide analytical solutions in a fast-paced team environment.
• Develop research plans and design experiments for performance film product lines.
• Elucidate and validate analytical solutions for scale-up and manufacturing.
• Prepare technical reports, patent applications, and presentations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects safely.
• Translate technical requirements into analytical testing solutions with customers and vendors.
