Job summary

Eurofins Food Chemistry Madison is growing and seeking amazing team members to join our ISO 17025 accredited laboratory in Madison, WI.

The ideal candidate will perform routine analyses under GMP/GLP, document work clearly, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while developing expertise on analytical instruments. Bachelor's degree is required, and the role may involve hazardous materials and allergen exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (laboratory experience may substitute).
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Overtime and weekend work as required.
• Reside within a commutable distance to Madison, WI.
• May work with potentially hazardous materials.
• Will be exposed to potential food allergens.
• Work requires PPE and lengthy standing/sitting in LAB environments.

Responsibilities

• Applies GMP/ GLP in all areas of responsibility as appropriate.
• Learns to conduct routine analyses independently and in accordance with methods and SOPs.
• Maintains study documentation and laboratory records.
• Learns to use laboratory equipment and software for assigned tasks.
• Attends and participates in project meetings.
• Learns to perform peer review of data.
• Plans workload daily and coordinates with team members.
• Contributes to a cohesive team environment and maintains a positive attitude.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
