Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in chemistry or related field.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years laboratory experience.
• Experience with HPLC, ICP, and HPTLC.
• Advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, procedures, and instrumentation in analytical chemistry labs.
• Ability to exercise extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and analytically to identify root causes.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Routinely tests raw materials, bulk, and finished products.
• Prepares chemical reagents for routine testing.
• Performs instrumental analytical testing (HPLC, LC-MS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, HPTLC).
• Performs chemical testing like titration, pH, and allergen ELISA.
• Performs physical testing such as moisture and water activity.
• Reviews manufacturing and analytical paperwork; updates SOPs as needed.
• Aids with chemical tracking and disposal; cleans and calibrates equipment.
• Maintains records of testing results; troubleshoots issues as needed.
• Supports training of new hires.
