Job summary

Pace Analytical Services is seeking an Analytical Chemist/Scientist II in Norristown, PA. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, focused on developing and validating analytical methods for small molecules in early-phase programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or closely related field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in early-phase small molecule development or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate and transfer analytical methods, including HPLC, GC, and dissolution.
• Provide leadership, training, and direction to staff in the analytical laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP/GLP and regulatory guidelines.
• Interpret and document complex analytical data and present results to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support early-stage development.
