Exponential Business and Technologies Company (Ebatco™) is a nanotechnology service and development company seeking an Analytical Chemist to support contract lab services, operate advanced instruments, and provide insightful technical reports.

The role requires a PhD in analytical/physical/organic chemistry, 1–2 years lab experience, strong communication, and customer interface skills. You will work with customers to plan analyses, demonstrate instruments, and contribute to project execution.

Qualificações

• PhD in analytical, physical, organic chemistry, or related field.
• 1-2 years lab experience with advanced instruments.
• Strong knowledge of FTIR, Raman, ICP-OES, GC-MS, UV-Vis-NIR and thermal analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong problem solving and project management skills.
• Customer service/interface experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform customer contract lab services independently or with technician support.
• Perform instrument demonstration and analytical services to support instrument sales.
• Operate advanced nano/micro scale analytical instruments per protocols and manuals.
• Discuss and compose analysis and testing plans.
• Collect, analyze and interpret testing data; record observations.
• Write technical reports on experimental results and analysis.
• Interface with customers for contract lab services and instrument demonstrations.
• Write testing procedures and marketing materials.
• Project management, technical report review and junior staff supervision.
• Follow company policies and be professional with customers and staff.
