ChemRite is seeking a meticulous and scientifically driven Chemical Analyst to join our Quality Control team in a fast-paced liquid fill manufacturing environment. The role involves performing analytical testing on raw materials, in-process blends, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards, crucial for maintaining product quality and readiness for production.

Basic Qualifications - Required:
- Experience in Chemistry or related work
- At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the US
- Proficient in English reading, speaking, and comprehension
- Ability to perform basic algebra and understanding of integrals
- Understanding of the Scientific Method
- Completion of all required training at CRCP
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years laboratory experience in a GMP-regulated environment
- Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, IR spectroscopy
- Understanding of GMP, GLP, cGDP, and quality systems
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LIMS
- Experience with manufacturing methods and process improvements
- Experience in method validation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with FDA or ISO 22716 guidelines
- Ability to work independently and in teams
Required Skills:
- Perform analytical work using GC, titration, TOC, and HPLC
- Develop validation protocols and reports
- Investigate OOS results with quality leadership
- Adjust blends and document procedures
- Conduct environmental monitoring for GMP compliance
- Maintain accurate GMP documentation
- Perform quality control tests on materials and finished products
- Inspect production lines for quality and compliance
