Job description

ChemRite is seeking a meticulous and scientifically driven Chemical Analyst to join our Quality Control team in a fast-paced liquid fill manufacturing environment. The role involves performing analytical testing on raw materials, in-process blends, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards, crucial for maintaining product quality and readiness for production.

Below are the basic qualifications, required skills, and competencies.

Basic Qualifications - Required:

• Experience in Chemistry or related work
• At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the US
• Proficient in English reading, speaking, and comprehension
• Ability to perform basic algebra and understanding of integrals
• Understanding of the Scientific Method
• Completion of all required training at CRCP
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years laboratory experience in a GMP-regulated environment
• Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, IR spectroscopy
• Understanding of GMP, GLP, cGDP, and quality systems
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LIMS
• Experience with manufacturing methods and process improvements
• Experience in method validation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with FDA or ISO 22716 guidelines
• Ability to work independently and in teams
