American Battery Technology Company (ABTC) in Reno, NV is seeking an Analytical Chemist to support our lithium-ion battery recycling and metal extraction processes. The role involves routine operation of analytical instrumentation, data validation, and reporting to support production-scale materials for the battery supply chain.

The incumbent will work closely with engineering, plant operations, and R&D to ensure design, construction, and operation of facilities, reporting to the Director of

Competenze

• Background in Analytical Chemistry/Chemical Engineering with 3+ years of lab experience operating instrumentation.
• Experience with organic and inorganic instrumentation including GC, HPLC, TOC, IC, ICP.
• Experience with chemical processing industries (Oil, Gas & Chemicals, Metals & Mining, Mineral Processing, etc.).

Mansioni

• Operate analytical instrumentation according to SOPs (ICP-OES, IC, TOC, GC-FID/MS).
• Analyze data and report QC testing results for commercial-scale battery materials.
• Generate CoA for final products and manage LIMS entries.
• Coordinate lab operations and maintain supplies.
• Receive and process samples, perform maintenance, and train staff.
• Uphold GLP and safety policies including PPE and waste management.
