Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a chemist to perform extractables and leachables testing in a GMP lab near Rensselaer, NY. You will generate and analyze data, review results for compliance, and contribute to method validation and technical reporting.

The ideal candidate has a chemistry degree with lab experience, proficiency in GC-MS/LC-MS/ICP-MS, and US work eligibility. This full-time, 1st shift role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry with minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Master’s degree with any relevant industry experience.
• Experience in GMP lab space.
• Experience with GC-MS, LC-MS and/or ICP-MS.

Responsabilidades

• Uses GC-MS, LC-MS, and/or ICP-MS to perform extractables and leachables testing per SOPs.
• Generates, compiles, and analyzes complex data.
• Reviews test results for compliance and reports quality anomalies.
• Interprets data and authors technical summaries.
• Calibrates instruments and verifies calibration before use.
• Troubleshoots instrumentation and lab techniques.
• Maintains lab supplies, safety and compliance.
• Interacts with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Assists with method validation as needed.

Job Description

• UsesGC-MS, LC-MS,and/orICP-MSto perform extractables and leachables testing in accordance with applicable protocols and SOPs.
• Generates, compiles, and analyzescomplex data.
• Reviews test resultsfor compliance and reports quality anomalies.
• Interprets current and historical data and authorstechnical summaries.
• Calibratesinstruments orverifies calibration before use.
• Troubleshoots instrumentationand laboratory techniques.
• Complies with regulatory requirements and currentcGxPstandards.
• Participates in required training as both a trainee and trainer.
• Maintains laboratory supplies, safety, and compliance.
• Interacts professionally with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Assists withmethod validation,as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degreeinchemistrywithminimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
  • ORMaster's degreewithany relevant industry experience
• Experience inGC-MS,LC-MS, and/orICP-MS
• Experience operating inside of aGMPlab space
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Experience writing andreviewing detailed technical documents
• Experience with anelectronic laboratory information management system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time, 1st Shift,Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance ofRensselaer, NYare encouraged to apply. Pay is between$26.00-32.00/hrand determined based on experience.
