Skills required: Change Management, Project Management, Technical Writing And Documentation Experience, Analytical And Problem Solving Skills
Experience: 12+ years of project management experience with leading large and complex technical systems and services. PMP certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for technical and overall project management with a focus on infrastructure and application initiatives. Develops project charters, plans, deliverables, and other project artifacts.
- Work closely with the project sponsor and IT senior management to understand and prioritize project tasks. Solve complex technical problems. Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternative.
- Builds an effective team and directs the work of the project team to meet project milestones. Develops standards, policies, and procedures
- Research new technology and develops business cases to support technology services and solutions. Participate in special projects as required.
Project Details

- Soft skills: Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, problem solving abilities, effective communication skills and collaborative mindset. Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies are also essential.
Onboarding and Interview
- Onsite or remote: Candidates must be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI within 30 days of the start date.
- This position is currently remote. However, position status is subject to change
- Phone and web based interviews will be acceptable. An in-person interview may be required.
- Interviews will be set up shortly after the posting close date.
- Must provide three (3) business references for the interview. (One reference must be supervisory level.)
