Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration with an accounting emphasis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• One to two years of accounting experience or an internship is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and business-related analysis, including department variance and profitability reports.
• Generate accurate internal and external financial reports as required.
• Aid in preparing quarterly board reports for various programs.
• Monitor Aged Accounts Receivable to ensure timely cash flow and payments.
