The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with strong Excel skills and effective communication. This full-time position requires the ability to travel as needed and adherence to Penske employment policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 1–3 years accounting experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and workpapers with supporting documentation.
• Apply intermediate GAAP knowledge and follow policies and procedures.
• Prepare and monitor metrics within assigned areas.
• Prepare monthly P&L variance analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with International teams to review reconciliations and resolve issues.
• Complete ad hoc projects and requests as assigned by supervisor.
